Drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2004, Zach brings professional playing experience to developing young athletes. His instruction emphasizes strong fundamentals, competitive skills, and confidence on and off the field.

A former Baltimore Orioles signee and professional catcher, Jim brings more than 23 years of playing and coaching experience. He develops hitters and catchers through mechanics, mindset, and discipline, helping prepare athletes for the next level.

A former starting shortstop at Walters State and the University of Kentucky, Joe earned NJCAA All-American honorable mention honors and set Walters State’s career stolen-base record. He brings collegiate playing experience and six years as an assistant coach at Lakeway Christian Academy to developing young athletes.

Quinton brings over 350 collegiate innings pitched, including three years at Carson-Newman, and more than 13 years of coaching experience. Lakeway Christian Academy’s high school pitching coach, he specializes in pitching mechanics, arm care, velocity training, and building confidence on the mound.

A former Tusculum pitcher drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 2010, Raymond brings playing experience and a passion for developing young pitchers. His coaching at Sevier County High School and Morristown Little League emphasizes strong fundamentals, character, discipline, and sportsmanship.

A former collegiate shortstop and current assistant baseball coach at Walters State, Andrew earned All-Maryland JUCO and NJCAA Region 20 First Team All-Region honors at Hagerstown before becoming a three-year starting shortstop at Milligan. He later coached infielders and hitters at Milligan. His instruction emphasizes fundamentals, efficient footwork, and confident, consistent defense.
